My recent stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Sacramento at CSUS was overall pleasant. the room was clean, modern, with adorable welcome touches like little cups and a personalized TV message. Although the bed was too firm for my liking, the room had great amenities like free WiFi and air conditioning. the location was convenient, situated near a light rail stop and a major freeway. The hotel features an outdoor pool and a 24-hour front desk, adding to the travel flexibility. the staff, particularly at the desk and during breakfast, were friendly and welcoming. the surrounding area might not be picturesque, but the proximity to transportation options was excellent. One downside was the surprising parking fee of $11.50 per night, which I believe should be included in the room cost. the breakfast, while not exceptional, offered hot coffee and good fruit juice. Despite these minor issues, my stay was good, and I appreciated the hotel's efforts to make guests feel comfortable. In conclusion, the Hampton Inn & Suites Sacramento at CSUS is a solid choice for travelers looking for a convenient location with decent amenities and friendly service.
